A long time ago, a group of adventurous souls roamed the earth. They traveled to new places and sought new views.
They hiked hills and mountains to reach the peaks. They crossed plains and took in the beauty of nature. At times, they camped under star-filled skies, sat by fires, sipped coffee, and shared stories as the embers faded. They also gathered to spend time together and share joy.
One day, an idea took shape in their minds. They pictured a cottage set in a quiet forest.
A cottage where they could rest after long journeys.
A cottage finished in clean, bright white.
A cottage that brought them close to the earth, the stars, and the sky.
A cottage that offered comfort and calm.
A cottage where they could reset and prepare for the next journey.
The idea began through friendship. It grew through business vision. It developed through careful planning and creative effort. When it reached full form, it became RITAM GETAWAYS.
We provide furnished short-term stays for business travelers, weekend visitors, and holiday guests.
We currently have two facilities:
(a). Self-catering cottages in Kombani, Kwale County
(b). Bed and breakfast in Marima, Tharaka-Nithi County
